What vaccinations do I need to travel to Thailand?

I am off for three weeks to Bangkok, Koh Samui, Ko Phangan and Koh Lanta. Not too sure what to get. Would appreciate any help or advise on this, thanks.

As long as all your shots are up todate including Hep A & B, you will need nothing.
